Carolina Ministries strives to provide opportunities for pastors, ministers and leaders to grow and develop. Professional development workshops and conferences are provided periodically.
Opportunities for lay leaders to grow and develop are also provided.
The Church Service Team (CST) of NCGA also provides on-going training and development for those going through the process of licensure and/or ordination as well as for other ministers, pastors and lay leaders. Information on each of these can be found below.
