CYC 2024: (Carolina Youth Convention)
November 22-24, 2024
in Myrtle Beach, SC!!
CYC is an annual gathering of Middle & High School students, Young Adults, and Pastors and Youth Leaders from across the North & South Carolina who come together for a weekend of worship, community, fun, and much more.
*This event is for any student 6th-12th grade! This event is also open to young adults under 21 years of age.
Registration: $140 per person - Includes Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner on Saturday, and Breakfast Sunday morning.
Rooms: Prices are per night and include taxes, resort fees, & parking!
$106.22 - Sleeps 4 = $26.55 per night/per person.
$151.42 - Sleeps 8 = $18.93 per night/per person.

October 22nd, 2024 is the cut-off date! After this date, rooms & rates are no longer guaranteed.

*The first night’s stay is due when making your reservation and the balance of the stay is due at check-in. (Or it can be paid in full prior to check-in)
Paying for Your Rooms: You can pay room balance in full before your arrival or you can pay your remaining balance when you arrive.
If you decide to pay your balance at arrival using a Debit Card there is NO FEE. By paying your remaining balance at arrival with a Credit Card, there is a 2.5% fee that will be charged.

- Cancellation policy: Reservations canceled 14 days prior to arrival will receive a refund. Cancellations within 14 days will forfeit 1st night's deposit.
*Discounted group rates are no longer available after the cut-off date, and guests will have to book at the "Best Available Rate"
Outreach Service Project:
Items are being collected for an elderly home that is in desperate need.
*Each group is asked to bring items for our outreach project. Below is a list of items needed. Please email or text me which item(s) your group would like to bring. If your group is unable to bring anything, it's not a problem, just let me know.

CYC Registration
(Registrations received after November 4 will NOT receive a t-shirt)
*Payments (Registration Only): Please bring payment for your entire group (adults & students) to check-in on the first day. We accept Cash and Checks. Make check payable to Carolina Ministries.
Cancelations!! - Any cancelations after November 12th will still need to pay $110 for food, and $10 for the shirt. Registrations CAN be transferred to a new one! (but the tshirt size will not change)

Adult Leadership Institute (ALI):

Where: Myrtle Beach
Our Carolina Ministries Youth Leadership Team has started an Adult Leadership Institute. This retreat helps equip youth pastors, directors, and volunteer leaders for youth ministry. At ALI, we discuss the different aspects of youth ministry, and share ideas, methods, trends and resources. A Facebook group has also been established to network, share resources, communicate, and ask questions.

*The ages for Teen campers are completed 6th grade through completed 12th grade in 2024.

SLT (Student Leadership Team):
To help developing young leaders, Carolina Ministries has a Student Leadership Team (SLT) in which adult youth leaders and teens serve on a committee that plans and leads Kids Camp, Teen Camp and the Carolina State Youth Convention. Rising 9-12th grades may submit an application. After the application has been received, an interview will be set up.
