Church Consultations are available for a more in depth look at the health and condition of a church. A team of church health and growth experts are scheduled to meet with members of the congregation over a weekend for the consultation. The Church Health Consultation Team schedules interviews with members of the congregation, focus groups, staff, the pastor and ministers and the leadership of the church. 


Following the interviews and meetings with the focus groups and leaders, the Church Health Consultation Team will process the information and make recommendations. Those recommendations will be presented to the leaders, the staff and the congregation. The congregation will have a chance to ask questions and understand the recommendations and then vote on those recommendations. 


If the church decides to accept the recommended course of action, on-going coaching is provided as the church moves forward.
