Elevate is an extensive training and coaching program designed to help pastors and leaders understand 9 systems of ministry in the local church those systems include:
    1. The Weekend Service System
    2. The Evangelism System
    3. The Assimilation System
    4. The Discipling System
    5. The Ministry System
    6. The Stewardship System
    7. The Leadership System
    8. The Strategic System
    9. The Communication System


This is a two year process in which pastors and leaders from the congregation come to 3 workshops per year to learn about the systems and how to apply those principles and strategies into the local church and community. A one day follow up workshop is held 6-8 weeks after the retreats for just the pastors so they might received additional information and on-going coaching as the churches seek to implement what they have learned.


The program will help the pastors and leaders get on the ‘same page’ so that they might work together to make the needed changes and implement the right strategies for their church to move toward health, growth and revitalization.
